GAME ON!
This arcade themed Bar Mitzvah party was all about video games. The color scheme was orange, lime green, electric blue and black.
More than half of this venue has floor to ceiling windows so we draped the majority of the room in black to darken the space and give it an arcade feel. We also hung 3' round balloons to lower the feel of the 30' ceiling.
We created this logo and placed it front and center on the dance floor
The room was divided by the dance floor in the center. The kids tables were on one side and the adults on the other.
The escort cards were arcade passes placed in credential holders for guests to wear.
The kids party favors were wii remote control tins filled with candy.
The adult side of the room featured old school arcade games like Donkey Kong, Frogger and Pacman. While the kids side of the room featured modern video games like Call of Duty, Guitar Hero, and Dance Dance Revolution.
Here is the sign we created as a backdrop for the DJ. We also hung over sized gaming devices around the draping in the room as well as the iconic "game on" logo.
We created a larger version of the arcade game to serve as a card/gift box.

JESSIE'S PAJAMA JAM!
This slumber party themed event was anything but sleepy. We used a bright, bold and vibrant color scheme of hot pink, lime green, orange and turquoise. Above and below are shots of the bedroom vignette we created as guests entered the party.
The escort cards were sleeping masks.
A mini suitcase served at the container for the cards and gifts
The cocktail and hors d'oeuvre room was decorated with bedside lamps
filled with night cream containers
The smaller cocktail tables had pedicure toe separators floating in a cylinder with a candle
The kids dinner table centerpieces featured over sized toothpaste and toothbrushes
The adult centerpieces had these bright & whimsical fresh florals
What is a slumber party without sweets? Check out this fun 3 tiered cake.
We also created this "Sweet Dreams" candy buffet
We dressed the table to look like a bed topped it with jars and jars of sweet dreamy candy.

NEON NICK@NITE
This Nick at Nite themed Bar Mitzvah was bright, bold and full of fun.
We used neon spandex linen for the tables and chairs. The centerpieces were glass cylinders with neon fabric that draped all the way to the ceiling.
Here is the large entrance sign. It's hard to tell the scale of the sign but it was approximately 5' x 5'
Nick's sign in book
Here is the menu detail with the iconic Nick@Nite splat
This is a shot of the GOBO. It's hard to tell but when the lights were lowered
it shined in a neon green color
Splat cakes! These mini cakes were served at each table and the larger cake was for Nick to feast on.
We also served mini milk bottles to each guest during cake time
We also tied Twizzlers around each napkin roll in the 3 bright party colors.

PASTEL CARNIVAL PARTY
Sugary Pink, Cotton Candy Blue, Fluffy Popcorn yellow and Mint Ice Cream green was the color scheme for this sweet pastel carnival party.
Above is the table centerpieces. I used ticket rolls as a base
and topped them with faux carnival favorites.
Giant pastel balloons and handmade bunting decorated the ceiling and gave the
room a festive carnival fee.
A sneak peek of the 8' custom carnival sign
(we hand cut all of our letters to give our signs dimension)
We also created vintage style food signs for all of the stations around the room
Full view of the sign. We took inspiration for the fabulous
Hostess with the Mostess' carnival party a few years ago.
I love little details, {even if most people don't even notice}.
Here we tied bubble gum garland around the cocktail tablecloths
Soda Station
Self Serve Cotton Candy, right from the hawking pole
Here is a giant graphic floor decal that we installed in the center of the dance floor.
