LET IT SNOW PARTY

Here are the first set of pics from our A Classic Party Rental open house. The centerpiece of the table was a life sized melting snow man and a faux snow shower of stringed pom poms...um, 1000 of the them to be exact. And yes, we strung them by hand.
Mini milk bottles filled with milk and topped with a donut hole and straw and a yarn scarf.

Notice the twig flatware?

The entire table was inspired by the snowman pillows.

I can't believe you strung the snowball curtains yourself! How awesome. I saw a small version at our local party rental place and was thinking how insane it would be to do that myself. I love it! And you are killing me with your snowmen drinks!

Insane is a good word for it! Fortunately, it's a mindless craft so I did most of it in front of the tv. Thanks for your kind words!

Oh my goodness. So festive. Love the little snowman on the milk glasses. What a great and simple idea - I'll have to remember that for my nieces and nephews. Don't think they'd mine drinking their milk through those straws. :)

I love this party idea! I am going to host a retirement party for one of my co-workers who loves snowmen. After seeing this lovely post, I think we are going to go with this theme. Can you give me any hints as to how to create the snowman centerpiece? Also did you just string the pom poms on fishing line? Thanks for sharing pictures of such a great party!
